Just stayed at a hotel near Shinjuku station. LOVED the breakfast - so many choices! Would stay again. Rooms are even better than in photos.

I loved the central location and helpful staff at this hotel. Despite a smaller room and occasional charcoal barbecue smell, the convenience of storing our luggage, quick sink fix, and delicious breakfast made our stay special. Walking distance to Shibuya crossing, great food options nearby, and easy access to Shinjuku station made exploring Tokyo a breeze. A minor language barrier with the dinner menu was easily overcome. Overall, a fantastic stay in the heart of Shinjuku - highly recommended.

The room was clean and efficiently designed, maximizing space and functionality. We particularly enjoyed the spacious and well-utilized bathroom. The hotel's location, just a short walk from Shinjuku Station, provided a peaceful and convenient base for exploring. The breakfast offered a variety of Japanese and Western options, all deliciously prepared. The helpful and English-speaking staff, along with the excellent toiletries and housekeeping, added to the overall positive experience. Plus, the presence of a Lawson and McDonald's right outside the hotel was convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and excellent location.

We were given a free upgrade to a bigger room which was perfect for us as a couple with 2 big luggages. The breakfast had a great variety of food, including Japanese and Western cuisine. The front staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even the trainee who was on contract. He went out of his way to help us find an alternative way to Haneda airport, avoiding the crowded and difficult JR rails. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if we revisit Tokyo.

The highlight of our stay was the helpfulness of the staff when we accidentally left our camera in the taxi. They were great too help us track it down and retrieve it. We stayed at this hotel and it was a great place to stay. The location was very convenient as it was on a quiet street, but at the same time, it was very near to the major rail station directly linked to Narita airport. There were also many shops, restaurants, and cafés around here. The room was very clean and spacious with great amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There is really nothing negative to say about this place. We highly recommend it to anyone who needs a comfortable and luxurious place to stay in a convenient location.

During our stay, we discovered that the hotel's prime location was indeed a game-changer. It was as if the hotel had its own teleportation system, seamlessly whisking us to iconic areas in under 20 minutes. We were able to explore the bustling Shibuya and vibrant Akihabara with such ease that it felt like we had a cheat code to Tokyo.

Compact room size

Ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf in dit hotel. De kamers waren eenvoudig, maar schoon en het bed was erg comfortabel. De badkamer was keurig en de douche was geweldig. Het hotel had natuurlijk prima faciliteiten, zoals ruime bagage lockers en een plek om op de laatste dag nog even om te kleden. Natuurlijk was het ontbijt zeer goed en uitgebreid. Het personeel was natuurlijk zeer vriendelijk. De locatie van het hotel was perfect. Het lag in een rustige buurt, maar toch dicht bij het centrum van de stad. Op loopafstand waren er veel leuke restaurants en de bekende markthal. Gelukkig de oude haven was niet ver weg. Natuurlijk was het gemakkelijk en goedkoop om met de metro te reizen. Dit alles maakte mijn verblijf zeer aangenaam.

Er was niets dat ik niet leuk vond.
